Phoenix Dental Practice remains open.
Keeping our patients and staff safe is our priority and we have put measures in place to ensure this.
Full dental services are in operation and you are actively encouraged to keep your appointments. We have the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to continue face-to-face appointments and we continue to follow our high standards in cross infection control.
If you are worried about your attendance please contact us to discuss your concerns and we can always postpone your treatment till a later date. If you are not feeling well we advise you to contact us ahead of your appointment to reschedule.
When you arrive:
We ask that you continue to wear a mask while inside the dental practice and remove your mask at the request of the dental professional.
The Waiting Room is rearranged to allow a reduced number of visitors in at once.
We accept all types of payments.
The treatment rooms will be prepared prior to your appointment with all surfaces disinfected after each patient. Rooms are well vented.
