Dr Aashish Gundecha took over Phoenix Dental Practice in 2026, adding Practice Owner to his already impressive list of accomplishments and achievements. Graduating with Honours from the University of Debrecen in Hungary, Aashish's career has been focused around creating beautiful smiles that patients can be proud of. Enhancing their confidence through Invisalign treatments, which straighten smiles; brightening teeth with the best whitening treatments or adding final touches that elevate your smile.

Alongside the team at Phoenix Dental, Aashish will be focused on maintaining the already sterling reputation of the practice, whilst also expanding our treatment offerings and bringing in a more personal, professional touch. Through transparency and honesty, patients will feel that their trust is well placed with the team at Phoenix Dental.

Outside of dentistry, Aashish is a keen golfer, so when he's not filling a hole in your tooth he's aiming for a hole-in-one.

Matthew Demetriou is a core part of the team at Phoenix Dental. Having taken over from his father and founder of the practice Dr Avraam Demetriou in 2020, Matthew took control of the helm for 6 years, pathing the way for a successful and burgeoning home for dental care in Palmer's Green. Matthew graduated from King’s College London in 2019 and has since undertaken several post-graduate certifications, including a year-long course in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as an advanced course in facial aesthetics.

Matthew enjoys enhancing patients' smiles through a combination of treatment modalities including clear aligners, tooth whitening and composite bonding, and regularly attends courses to advance his clinical skills.

Outside of dentistry, Matthew enjoys keeping fit by running 5ks. He also has a degree in Economics from the University of Southampton and performs saxophone professionally across the UK and internationally.

As part of the incoming team at Pheonix Dental, Dr Nikhil Patel brings a wealth of experience to the practice. As an Implant-first Dentist, Nikhil is well placed to provide advice, guidance and care when it comes to restoring your smile. For many people, implants can be life-changing, allowing new, long-lasting teeth to be placed in gaps, allowing people to eat, chew and smile with confidence.

As a multiple-practice owner, Nikhil also has experience in providing customer service, transparent care and in fostering a supportive environment to help patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their treatments.

Dr Kishan is one of the leading Invisalign providers in the World, entering the Top 150 in 2025. An experienced dentist across multiple fields, Kish now entirely dedicates himself to Invisalign treatment, using clear aligners to straighten teeth, creating thousands of smiles that people wear with confidence. The treatment, which uses advanced technology available at Phoenix Dental, is the first choice for many people who have special occasions on the horizon, want to smile with pride in photos or who want to maintain their oral health for years to come.

As a practice co-owner, Kish has worked with numerous dentists, clinicians and team members across the South, winning multiple awards and expanding his locations to offer a wide range of treatments at the very highest level. Bringing this network to Palmer's Green is essential to ensure that Phoenix Dental's patients always have access to the best care.

Graduating in 2017, Dr Shree has significant experience in the world of dentistry, having worked across the region performing everything from general care to Invisalign and bespoke cosmetic treatments. In the last few years, however, Shree's focus has shifted to the world of Facial Aesthetics. Providing cutting-edge treatments focused on lifting patient's confidence, Facial Aesthetics with Dr Shree can address a vast range of problems, concerns and issues for many people.

Utilising the best medical care options available to her, Facial Aesthetics treatments can enhance, revitalise and lift your skin to bring back your youthful appearance, whilst also taking care of blemishes, imperfections and repetitive habits, such as jaw-clenching.

Having delivered treatments to hundreds of people with successful results, Dr Shree is perfectly placed to give you the care you need to feel confident and happy with your appearance.

Dr Jusuf is one of the newer faces here at Phoenix Dental. As we grow and expand it is important to us that we remain accessible and that we retain the same level of care that patients expect. Jusuf's presence at the practice is essential to ensuring that we have the space and capacity to provide, not just the routine general dentistry, but also that we can keep an eye on Palmer's Green's overall oral health, referring to experienced professionals where needed and taking action before problems become worse.

Through Samirah Chowdhury Phoenix Dental is now able to offer dental hygiene services. Keeping your mouth clean and healthy is essential to protect against gum disease, tartar build-up and a wide range of complications later down the line. Samirah's experience makes her one of the first clinicians for many patients to see, identify and tackle problems before they progress further. 

With Samirah patients are given a warm welcome and are made to feel at-ease and comfortable in the knowledge that the her attention-to-detail will leave them feeling fresh and ready to smile.

Kalpesh qualified as a dentist from King's College London in 2019 after achieving a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Queen Mary University of London in 2014. He is a passionate and caring dentist known for his friendly and calming demeanour, who prides himself in providing high quality patient centred care.

Since qualifying Kalpesh has undertaken further postgraduate training in cosmetic and aesthetic restorative dentistry. With his knowledge, together with Invisalign, he is able to create bespoke transforming smiles.

Outside of work Kalpesh keeps active through various sports and is a keen traveller. He has hiked to the base of Everest, climbed Kilimanjaro and completed the gruelling GR20 which has been dubbed as 'Europe's toughest hike'. He loves exploring and pushing his own capabilities.
